Changes and/or corrections to these minutes may be made by the Village Board at the time of approval, as reflected in the minutes of a subsequent meeting at which these minutes were approved.

Meeting Agendas, Minutes, & Notices

All Village Board meetings are open to the public and we encourage Village residents and neighbors to attend and participate.

  • Village Board Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the Cottonwood Room at the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • Finance Committee Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the Cottonwood Room at the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • Parks & Recreation Committee meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the Maple Room at the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • Public Works Committee meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the Maple Room at the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month in the Cottonwood Room at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Agendas for meetings are posted to the website several days in advance. Minutes are posted after they are approved by the Board. For example, minutes from the August meeting are approved at the September meeting and then posted to the website shortly thereafter.
